The ideal candidate will assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of our services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in negotiating contracts with hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure service quality. Conduct market research to inform contracting strategies. Analyze sales data to optimize contract terms and pricing. Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies in all contracts. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on offerings. Address and resolve any issues related to contracts or suppliers. Prepare reports on contract performance and effectiveness. Provide training and support to team members regarding contract processes. Assist in coordinating special events or promotions with suppliers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree . Experience in contract management or the tourism industry preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
