Activity Name: Envelope Shuffle Challenge Instructions: Preparation:🚧 • Prepare envelopes for each group, placing sticky notes inside with a variety of questions related to the lesson. Start the Activity: • Divide the class into small groups and provide each group with their envelope. Music Play:💃 • Play music in the background while the students move envelopes. ( you can do it while they’re sitting or standing and moving around) Stop the Music:⚡️ • When the music stops, instruct the students to stop sharing the envelopes with each other. Open and Solve:📝 • Each group should open the envelope they received and work together to solve the question on the sticky note inside. These included events, live shows in various venues, amusement parks, managing artistic talents, crowd management, and ticket sales. Additionally, 97 licenses were issued for new entertainment destinations. 🎇 Riyadh led with 216 events, followed by Makkah with 101, the Eastern Province with 76, Qassim with 37, and Asir and Jazan hosting 23 and 16 events respectively. 📣 “What? You work in IT & in Rock ‘n Roll? But how? That are 2 completely different worlds?!” Must be the remark I get the most about my professional life. 🤝 In fact, the music industry is the most agile environment I know and thus the way to approach these projects is quite similar to the way I approach my IT projects. There is a constant flow of new requests coming in from both client and artist. Requirements change all the time and bugs popup regularly. Releases need to happen frequently, there are some hard deadlines in place and budgets need to be tracked. 💡Since 2 years I try to run my music industry projects as an IT project with a scrumboard, including a backlog and roadmap.
