Edward Jones has once again been named among the 2024 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For by Great Place To Work US and Fortune magazine. This year, we ranked number 31 on the list. It’s an incredible honor, and one we don’t take lightly. What makes this list so special is that it is based on the more than 500,000 responses Great Place to Work received from employees at eligible companies. In other words, our ranking comes from feedback shared by our own colleagues. This achievement is a testament to our culture of purpose-driven strategy and execution, and that culture – in our case, a spirit of caring and a focus on improving the lives of our clients and colleagues is the bedrock of everything we do. It has been a couple of weeks since Forbes announced their ‘Best-In-State Wealth Advisors’ award results, and I am still receiving congratulations from many people.
