Work is not easy , customer support is not easy, you ditched resolving your customers Issues for the past years in favour of your very Soft agents feelings unable to cope with words and tones it hurts their existance. Newslash : Customer care is hard is not a therapy session , i’m nobody to educate the customers of the company i work for. Funny thing is you will replace them with Ai anyways because Fellings & Business are a bad idea , it leads to loss not success. People have lost the ability to voice their concerns , you police their existance and reactions. EE you have a serious fraud issue going on currently with DPD UK . Couriers are delivering your customers fake iphones and nobody is taking it seriously! Forums are lighting up with stories. I had an upgrade delivered Friday, its fake, been a customer over 25 years and it seems to be im the only one concerned. Stories everywhere of people returning the fake handsets and then being billed for phone because they returned a fake. Marc Allera and DPD UK your processes are not working and reputational damage happening right now.

5moI found another active line on my EE account, which EE was supposed to cancel back in Oct 2022. this line was never used and I have been charged for it. EE will not give me all my money back £208?? My family and I have been soley with Orange then EE for 20+ years absolute disgrace. Bought the s24 Ultra through samsung directly and it was cheaper with the same S6 watch and double storage. They do not value you as a customer whatsoever. 😡😡😡😡😡
