This past weekend, EF Educational Tours hosted their 2024 Global Leadership Summit: The Impact of Water on Society. EF Summits combine the magic of an international tour with the energy of a three-day global leadership conference. Over 1,000 attendees—students, adults, and EF staff—representing 22 US states and over 15 countries gathered in Berlin to attend workshops and listen to speakers including Gunter Pauli, Tiffany T.V. February is National Youth Leadership Month, aimed at encouraging young people to take on leadership roles in their communities. In addition to attending our program every week, students can also opt-in to our Delegation leadership program. Delegates receive additional workshops in effective communication, active listening, goal setting, media training, and more. Delegates also get to travel and represent Reality Changers at community events. We’re so proud of these students, and to every student leader working hard to make San Diego a better place for all. #youthleadership #firstgen #success
