It is not simply a matter of opting for the path of least resistance as a brand leader, but the path that is most suited to your vision and values. There was a time management pushed us to move faster—toward some fast, trendy and ‘good enough’ solution. But we understood that this would be bad for the brand longevity of it moving forward. We took the harder road. We did not work to deliver what was easy-norm in a client’s brand. That was not easy, but that was the way to go.
