🤔Some people think the market is slow while others are saying it’s picking up – what’s happening? 🏡Currently, the freehold market is a lot more competitive for buyers especially because of the multiple offers. 💰This is evident for homes listed under $1 million dollars, which are more attractive for first time home buyers since there isn’t a need to put 20% down on these properties. 📊Fixed rates are also around 5%, and haven’t experienced an increase since the summer, causing a lot of buyers to start getting comfortable and consider purchasing property. 🏢However, the condo market is a lot slower right now.
