As a board member of Massachusetts National Organization for Women (Mass NOW) and Chair of this event, I'm excited to share that our 14th annual Feminist Affair will be held October 10 at 7PM at Hibernian Hall in Roxbury! This is our annual fundraiser showcasing the work we are doing to raise awareness for issues affecting women and girls here in MA (with our current focus being menstrual equity), and honoring Feminist In Action awardees who have created incredible companies that also all work toward a similar mission, in MA and beyond! The event is open to the public and is a great way to show your support and get involved in an easy and fun way! I call it a 'casual gala' where you can get dressed up for a night of fun but we also don't take ourselves too seriously.
