Imagine going through months of planning, budgeting, meetings on meetings surrounding your new office space.. So many sections of construction-related projects that you do not have expertise in or even bandwidth for... Architectural designs, mechanical designs, electrical designs, plans on plans.. Then you meet with a handful of general contractors to vet and ensure they have the capability to handle a project crucial to your organization. Then come weeks and months of permitting.. waiting on the city to move.. And at the end of all this, you are forced to realize the GC does not handle the AV, security/access control, or the data cabling backbone that runs all of your office technology!!! So you start making outreach to find a vendor for AV, a vendor for security, access control, and a data cabling expert to tie it all together.. After another few weeks of multiple meetings and banging your head into the wall.. you stumble upon infassure. A firm that can manage all of your office tech needs, turnkey. You find massive savings because you didn't use one vendor for each trade and your office is safe, secure, and functional. You relied on 40 years of expertise in designing, installing, and managing office tech.. Everyone is happy and the office is "work ready" from day one. Wouldn't that be more fun?.. And simpler?

When working in a modern office, you’ve probably encountered the problem of noise: colleagues talking on the phone, the sound of keyboards, the printer humming. Despite the presence of partitions between workstations, this noise still interferes with your ability to focus. Why does this happen? 1. Unsuitable Materials Many office partitions are made of lightweight, inexpensive materials such as glass or thin panels. These materials transmit sound well, not providing adequate sound insulation. 2. Loose Joints Often, there are small gaps and crevices between the partition panels. This allows sound to easily overcome the barrier and spread throughout the office. 3. Partition Height Traditionally, office partitions do not reach the ceiling, leaving free space at the top. This open space serves as a «bridge» for sound propagation. 4. Sound Reflection The smooth surfaces of partitions and other office elements (windows, desks) can reflect sounds, increasing the overall noise level in the room. To solve the problem of office noise, we recommend to try Soundproof Office Booths. They are of different sizes and can definitely solve the problem of noise distraction on your office.
