🎭 “Wanted: Scrum Master (But Actually We Want 5 Different Roles in One)” Let’s talk about those job postings that leave you scratching your head: Are they looking for a Scrum Master or a one-person army? 🔍 After analyzing 50 Scrum Master job descriptions, here’s what stood out: • 70% included traditional Project Management tasks • 60% expected technical leadership • 45% demanded Product Owner expertise • 30% required DevOps skills • 25% even included line management responsibilities All under the title “Scrum Master.” ⚠️ Why is this happening? 1. Misunderstanding of Agile roles 2. Budget constraints forcing role compression 3. Old-school management mindsets in disguise 4.
