Some times, the most difficult looking components can be very easily made from press tools. They don't all have to be produced from Multi-stage progression tools running at 100's & 100's of strokes per minute. As fantastic that is to see them running at those speeds. However, when precision is required for only 10's of thousands of components, then the secondary operational press tooling comes into it's self. With reduced financial output for tooling, only paying a little extra for the components and a much reduce timescale to get the components to market. It's a win, win situation for you the customers.
