Biology is amazing. It's easy to lose track of that behind sterile words like 'homeostasis.' But ponder for a moment the incredible scale of biology - even in just a single person. Every moment of every day, the billions of molecules in the trillions of cells in your body somehow perform an intricate dance that senses and responds to everything from subtle movements of sugar throughout a cell, to large-scale changes in temperature as you walk into a freezing cold building from the sweltering summer heat. In our latest episode of Translating Proteomics we discuss how we must take both space and time into account if we ever hope to truly understand #biology. Enjoy!
