With so many diets, trends, and lifestyle options out there, it can feel overwhelming. But here’s the thing: no matter which path you choose, there are a few universal truths about getting healthier that apply to everyone. Let’s break them down: ✅ Regular Exercise Matters Your body was made to move! Strength training is key for building muscle, which helps boost your metabolism and keeps your body strong as you age. Aim for at least 2-3 days a week of strength-based workouts. ✅ Protein Is Your Best Friend Eating enough protein fuels your muscles, keeps you feeling fuller longer, and helps your body recover after exercise. Try to include lean protein like chicken, fish, eggs, or plant-based options with every meal. ✅ Water Is Life Staying hydrated is essential for everything your body does. It helps with digestion, reduces cravings, and keeps your energy levels steady. A good rule of thumb: drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily.
