My 3 top non-running tips to get faster! ⚡️ 1. Lose Body fat/ weight ….had to be said especially from a transformation coach and something people don’t speak enough of. Excess weight when lost will dramatically improve your athletic performance, it will reduce or eliminate injuries and it will improve your relative strength (how strong you are pushing and pulling your own body weight) 2 - Strength train with compound movements… similarly to the above you want to be able to create more force production, can you imagine losing 10kg of weight but also adding 10kg to your squat or deadlift, you’d feel like you had a cheat code. After the workout, cool down with light cardio (walking, etc.) to bring down the heart rate, and then stretch.
