Have you ever tried cannabis that was freeze-dried? I just did and it is wonderful 💚 It smoked great and had a great effect. “Harvest yesterday and I’m smoking today” What a great tool to be used with cannabis. Freeze-dried cannabis retains greater levels of THC, CBD, CBN, CBG, and CBC than other drying techniques. Remove the potential for mold and insect contamination. Has a very clean procedure. The chambers, shelving, and trays are made of stainless steel that is food and pharmaceutical grade. Obtain consistent, dependable results while automating and expediting the cannabis curing process. Freeze drying is one of the best ways to preserve cannabis because it prevents the plant from losing any of its valuable terpenes or cannabinoids. #personalresearch

A research team found that d-limonene, a chemical naturally present in cannabis, can reduce the anxiety-inducing effects of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis. In a study published in the Journal of Drug and Alcohol Dependence, participants inhaled vaporized d-limonene alone, THC alone, a combination of both, or a placebo. The addition of d-limonene significantly reduced ratings of feeling "anxious/nervous" and "paranoid" compared to THC alone, without altering THC's desired effects. THC interacts with brain receptors to produce relaxation and euphoria, but higher doses can trigger anxiety, fear, and panic. As cannabis strains with high THC levels (20-30%) become more prevalent, d-limonene could help mitigate the risks of THC when used medicinally or recreationally. The study is a step towards making cannabis safer by uncovering ways to reduce THC's adverse effects. 'Roids & 'Noids in the same class?! #Anabolic #steroids can be both addicting and harmful. That's why these drugs, including the hormone #testosterone, are considered Schedule-III substances. This is the same regulatory category that is being proposed for #marijuana (high-THC cannabis)...but I can't help but wonder if this is the wrong category for this herb. Interestingly enough, it is postulated that the addictive potential of anabolic steroids could be related to the endocannabinoid system, though the connection is not yet clear.

🌿 Understanding the Difference: Delta-8 vs. Delta-9 THC 🌿 In the world of cannabis and hemp, you may have come across terms like Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC, leaving you curious about their distinctions. Let's shed some light on these two compounds. 🔸 Delta-9 THC: This is the most well-known psychoactive compound in cannabis, often associated with the "high" experienced by users. It's found in higher concentrations in traditional marijuana strains and is the primary focus of legal regulations. 🔸 Delta-8 THC: This is a cannabinoid with a similar chemical structure to Delta-9 THC but with a few differences. It's less potent in terms of its psychoactive effects, which some users find appealing. Delta-8 is derived from hemp and is subject to varying legal status across different regions. Key Takeaways: Psychoactivity: Delta-9 THC is more psychoactive than Delta-8 THC, but the latter can still produce euphoria and relaxation. Legality: Delta-8 THC's legality varies by location and is subject to change, so always check local laws. Effects: Some users prefer Delta-8 for its milder psychoactive effects, while others seek the potency of Delta-9 THC. As the cannabis industry evolves, understanding these compounds becomes essential, both for users and industry professionals. It's a dynamic landscape worth keeping an eye on! 🔍💡 Feel free to share your thoughts or experiences with Delta-8 and Delta-9 in the comments below. Let's continue the conversation! 🌱💬 #CannabisEducation #Delta8THC #Delta9THC #Cannabinoids #CannabisCommunity #LinkedInConversations

In the world of cannabis products, it's crucial to have all the facts before making any decisions. Did you know that delta-8 metabolites break down into 11-Nor-9-carboxy THC or THC-COOH? These compounds can stick around in the body, potentially leading to a failed drug test. Your well-being is our priority, and that's why we're here to provide you with accurate information. Thinking about implementing drug testing within your workplace? Speak to one of our staff members today! #THCFacts #StayInformed #Delta8Awareness #Keystone #THCAwareness

Would having a THC-free Cannabis flower be helpful in treating Cannabis Use Disorder (CUD, or compulsively smoking too much weed so that the THC has negative effects in one's life)? Some 'noids, such as CBD or CBG, but no appreciable T (could even be ND if using CBG varieties, Type 4, nil-cannabinoid Type 5, or Type 6 CBC-dominant). It would allow them to enjoy the ritual aspects, the cleaning, rolling, and smoking, but reduce the impact of the THC in their life. Perhaps also useful for those who are tested for THC metabolites. Great placebo, too. Smokable hemp is something I've been talking about since 2015, first open-source branding it as "Nobacco" and then "Not-Pot," and wrote a white paper exploring it as a non-tobacco tobacco replacement. It has the potential to positively impact public health both in terms of its harm reduction as well as increased minor cannabinoid consumption. Avoiding drug laws, it's big in Europe ("Cannabis Light") as well as the US ("CBD Dispensary"). With T-free Cannabigerol varieties, it's even easier to be compliant. Not sprayed-with-chemicals-hemp, but natural Hand of God hemp; good flowers grown from good genes by good peeps. FDA should be less of an issue than with edibles or tinctures. It would legally be "hemp." States might have a problem with it because of the billions they make on tobacco taxes, public treasury > public health. Cannabis Sativa and Cannabis Indica are two species of cannabis🌿. This means that they share many similar features but have specific and distinct differences. Botanists use physical differences — such as variations in height, branching patterns, and the shape of the leaves to identify different strains of plants. This is where the names “Indica” and “Sativa” come from. Cannabis Indica generally has a higher CBD content than Cannabis Sativa. The general perception is that Indica is an effective pain reliever, with a flat and relaxing high. Many medical marijuana strains contain a hybrid form of this strain. Cannabis Sativa provides a more energizing and creative high, though it can prompt anxiety in some people. Sativa can also be helpful for people with depression, headaches, nausea, and appetite loss. Sativa plants tend to contain more THC than CBD. Dr. Sende is happy to explain the difference between both strains and prescribe the one that is best for your specific condition. ⚖️ High #Anxiety: Is the THC Too Much? 😵💫 As #cannabis 🪴 has been selectively modified to contain high THC, it started to become apparent that focusing only on THC production may produce a potent high but is not always ideal for a balanced and relaxing experience. We are now entering an era where people who were once daily cannabis users are now turning a blind eye to cannabis—and many of them say it’s because the plant has become too strong or causes anxiety. Many cannabis users are self-medicating to relieve anxiety and reduce stress, so the experience of having cannabis induce higher levels of anxiety is counterintuitive, to say the least. In many cases, this is occurring because #THC is physically and mentally stimulating on its own. Without the presence of other cannabinoids such as CBD and CBG, paired with outlandish levels of THC, much of today’s cannabis #flower is not engineered for infrequent or sensitive cannabis users.
