Choosing goals that are motivating is a combination of 'What' and 'When'. However, the latter may be more material in cementing purpose and the likelihood of sustaining our commitment. (Most of your inconsistent workout routine results from a lack of accountability this doesn't mean you need to hire a personal trainer, but having support is essential! you need to consider: -Joining a workout group or class for shared motivation -Finding a workout buddy to keep each other on track -Setting specific check-ins with friends or family -Using social media to share your progress and challenges Building accountability will keep you committed and elevate your fitness journey! :)
