"Thank You" - two simple words that carry the weight of appreciation, respect, and gratitude. It's easy to say, and yet its impact is profound. In a world where we're often rushing from one task to the next, taking a moment to offer a sincere thank you can make all the difference.
What’s remarkable is how a small gesture like this can fuel someone's motivation and drive. When people feel truly appreciated, they’re more likely to go the extra mile—whether it’s staying late to help out, offering creative solutions, or simply doing their best because they know their efforts matter. It's like throwing a pebble in a pond; the ripples extend far beyond the initial splash.
Sometimes, we forget that saying thank you doesn’t just benefit the person receiving it, but it also fosters an environment of kindness and connection. It costs nothing but means everything. It's a reminder that we're all part of something bigger, and that a little acknowledgment can transform an ordinary moment into something extraordinary.
So, the next time someone lends you a hand, takes time to assist, or just makes your day a little easier, remember: a heartfelt "thank you" goes a long way.
It's the simplest way to say, "I see you, I appreciate you, and you matter." And who knows? You might just inspire someone to pass it on, making the world a little warmer, one “thank you” at a time.

Thank you, Tushar Nair for the nice things you have written about me. It was a pleasure to start a young lawyer on a glorious journey in the profession. When I was enrolled 39 years ago, I had no idea what my journey would be. I still don’t.
My advice to young lawyers on the threshold of a new career is: be highly ambitious but have low expectations.
Let’s say you are highly ambitious and you want to run a marathon (a little over 42 km) in two hours and 35 seconds (that’s probably the world record). You will not start running 40 km every day. You will not even run 5 km a day. You cannot reach such high expectations. You will not take the first step forward. You must set your expectations low, as low as you can achieve without too much of strain. You must aim at walking 100 m from your house to the road.
Once you get into this habit, you can probably start walking a kilometre or two and then you will start running longer distances. You will eventually build enough stamina to run a marathon and 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆.
A lawyer wanting to be the best lawyer in the country should probably start off with the low expectation of reading and understanding just one page of a senior’s brief, not more than this. This will be the starting point, the first step on a great journey of a lifetime.
ALL THE BEST!

I shared this video on the day I received my band and robe, and it quickly led to a flood of messages from over 100 people, all praising how warm and genuine Ram Sir seemed. His gesture brought wide smiles to many of our faces. I felt it was only right to share one of the most wholesome moments of my life with each one of you.
Ramakrishnan Viraraghavan sir, Thank you.
This video captures something truly special—a 70th birthday celebration for Mom and Aunt Susan where communication wasn’t a barrier, but a way to bring everyone closer. British Sign Language (BSL) wasn’t just used—it became part of the joy, turning a simple gathering into a moment where love, connection, and inclusion were at the heart of everything.
No one should ever feel left out. Accessibility isn’t just about removing obstacles; it’s about creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued—moments that remind us what true inclusivity looks like. It’s more than ticking boxes; it’s about building meaningful connections that help people feel like they truly belong, no matter how they communicate.
We’re continually inspired by moments like this 👏 If you’ve come across any heartwarming or inspiring BSL stories, tag us—we’d love to celebrate them with you.

Is this necessary???
I am a Republican but want to ask: why rub this in her face? Or why rub this in democrats faces?
I am not a Pollyanna but why don’t we try working on sone solutions. We as republicans have a lot of internal bridge building to do. Hubris will get us nowhere except perhaps on the receiving end of similar messages in 2 years after the midterms or 4 years from now.
Let’s show the nation how we can govern. We will control the presidency and senate. And maybe even the house. Let’s get to work and not waste time with the past and past candidates.
Following lines almost sums up our profession.

Personally, I think this is the ad of the year.
