1moHey I asked for a refund for the multiple Sims 4 games I bought during the summer sale that do not work. It seems you've spent more time making new content to make more money as opposed to fixing the old content that you're still selling, now at full-price. I spoke to Jeevan Brar in the Live Chat who told me "I'm a gamer too I get how frustrating this is" so even your Live Chat agents agree that your company is ridiculous and is scamming people. Thoughts?
