Careful retraction of the capsule is done ensure that the anchors of the device are correctly positioned. It's critical to confirm that all leaflets are securely above the anchor points before fully releasing the device. The position of the valve can be adjusted during the procedure either through manipulation of the guide wire (push-pull technique) or via the system itself. The stability of the valve is confirmed through fluoroscopy and echocardiography. After the valve is in place, the system is safely withdrawn, reversing the steps of deployment.

Concept of venturi effect in VSD; The high velocity L-R shunt in Supracrista/PM defect sucks the RCC/tissue in to the defect (pressure-velocity relationship of Bernoulli's formula/equation) and associated valve deformity and hence aortic insuficiency from various degree of coaptation defect. In such cases chance of developing pulmonary HTN may be low due to restriction of shunt. But it is good to have intervention befor the development of permanent valve deformity.
