I'm excited to announce that the first #CLOLIFT position paper, "The Skills Accelerator," is now live! Alongside 20 CLOs from organizations across the globe, we've been tackling systemic challenges within the learning and development industry. Our efforts will be shared in the form of three position papers. The context in which we operate is changing rapidly and dramatically. It's evident that L&D needs to evolve if we aim to play a long-term strategic role in achieving our organizations' goals. This first paper provides an honest look at upskilling at a pace that meets or exceeds business and market demands. While we don't have all the answers, we hope this sparks a conversation about how L&D functions can move beyond the same challenges we've faced for decades and become significantly more impactful.
