🔆 Creative Europe has become more accessible for micro-organisations. In 2021-2022, 55% of Creative Europe funds were allocated to micro-organisations (with less than 10 people employed). In 2020, this figure was 43%. This increase occurred mainly at the expense of small (10-49 people) and medium-sized (49-250) organisations. The portion allocated to large organisations (more than 250 people) remains unchanged at 10%. ⭕ It's crucial to note that more than 95% of organisations in the European cultural sector are micro-organisations. ❗ Another insight from the Creative Europe monitoring report indicates that there will be fewer funds available in the period 2024-2027 compared to the allocation between 2021-2023.
