Your company says “Diversity & Inclusivity” I say, not. We all know diversity in the workplace is a win-win. But let's be honest, building a truly inclusive team goes way beyond ticking a box. Cultural misunderstandings can create friction, and employees might feel like they can't bring their full selves to work. And this is something I’ve struggled with too. Understanding: Cultural competency training equips your team to navigate differences with respect. 🫡 Celebration: organise events or showcase your knowledge and respect of ones culture.
