🔎 How can you check your company's values for transparency? There is no universal tool, although anonymous surveys could work. However. Your corporate culture truly exists when your employees not only share these values on paper, but also contribute new values. You can test yourself by asking these questions: 🔹 Do your employees bring a new spirit? 🔹 Are they changing the way the company works? 🔹Do they feel empowered?
