We all ask this coming year to be a better one while it only replaces the last digit with another. Years are all the same and can even become worse if: - We do not reflect to ourselves and work on improvement - We keep thinking that we are the results of what happens around us instead of being the cause behind - We keep blaming others without fixing things at our level - We insist on believing that we are better then others in all human aspects - We do the things exactly the way we used to do - We put high expectations without focusing on contributions - We prioritize comfort zones instead of challenge and advancement - We love less and hate more The clock is ticking and time does not wait to dive in our nonsense subjective details... the only thing that we can reward us starts in us, in how we can add values to our surrounding and to the people we care for... and that happens only through us That's how we will have a merry happy new year regardless of the figures reached!

As the new year draws near, it feels natural to pause and reflect on the journey behind us - a quiet moment to acknowledge the strength it took to navigate a year filled with challenges. For many, this past year may have brought waves of uncertainty, moments when the road ahead seemed unclear, and the light at the end of the tunnel felt out of reach. Yet, in hindsight, those moments often reveal something deeper - hidden reserves of resilience, determination, and personal growth that carry us forward, even when we don’t realise it. It’s easy to fall into the habit of asking, “Why me?” during tough times, but reflection often reminds us that struggle is a shared experience. Everyone faces challenges in their own way, even if they’re not always visible. On platforms like LinkedIn, where accomplishments and milestones tend to take center stage, it’s easy to feel as though others are thriving while you’re merely enduring. Take a moment to look back - not at what went wrong, but at how far you’ve come. The quiet victories, the resilience you’ve shown, and the strength you’ve gained often tell a story far more powerful than any polished highlight reel. As the year turns, let’s not just celebrate what we’ve achieved but also how we’ve grown through what we’ve endured. Happy Holiday!

Happy New Year dear friends and colleagues. Leaving you with five self-reflection questions to help end the year with clarity and self-awareness: 1. What challenges did I face this year, and how did I grow from them? 2. Which moments or experiences brought me the most joy, and how can I create more of them? 3. What patterns or habits no longer serve me, and how can I begin to let them go? 4. What is one decision or action I am most proud of, and what does it reveal about my values? 5. How do I want to show up for myself and others in the year ahead?

A new year is upon us, a new dawn has begun. Last year we took on a dare to challenge ourselves to grow to be better than yesterday. Today we should reflect on how much we accomplished last year a new us a better us. However that growth is the ‘past us’ and we did it, we started it and finished it or we are still going and still daring, climbing that mountain to accomplish something. We can’t all predict the future, we don’t know what tomorrow has in store for us we don’t know what this new year will bring to us. However what we can do is prepare ourselves for it and not just ourselves. We are part of a team, what we can do is to make sure our fellow team members have what they need to take on tomorrows challenge, it’s with in our own control and our power to make sure they have what they need and support them when they need to be supported. If we lead the way and a new challenge is to cross the ocean, we need to make sure that our team has what they need for the voyage. The worst is if a team member sinks. If it’s within our power to provide the tools, the time, the support then it’s our duty to do so, to make sure they get across the ocean. Let’s ask our team one by one, “do you have what you need, what else can I do for you”. If we are a leader, then we serve others. It’s single and only way to explain what a leader is. I’ve used the phrase “make sure” a fair bit because today that’s all we can do, since we all can’t see what cards tomorrow will play against us, we can only make sure we got what we got and be ready for anything that might happen. So let’s start with a small toast to the dare and to the growth from yesterday. Let’s prepare ourselves and our team today, and when tomorrow hits us with a wave let’s all hold tight and tell tomorrow “I was ready for this, we where ready for this”. Happy new year everyone.

As we step into 2025, it’s a perfect time to reflect on what truly matters - health, resilience, purpose, and meaningful connections. In both our personal and professional lives, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day challenges and lose sight of the bigger picture. But life is too short to dwell on setbacks, hold grudges, or let fear of failure hold us back. This year, I hope for us all is that we can commit to: 💡 Focusing on what matters - aligning our actions with our values and staying true to our purpose. 💪 Building resilience - embracing challenges as opportunities to grow stronger and wiser. 🌱 Cultivating growth - both professionally and personally, as we continue to learn, adapt, and thrive 🤝 Leading with kindness and integrity, because the impact we leave on others is the legacy that truly matters. May 2025 be a year of progress, collaboration, and meaningful achievements. Let’s approach it with courage, compassion, and a mindset to make every momen, and every opportunity count. Let’s also spare a thought, pray and hope for those less fortunate than us, living in injustice and conflict. Happy New Year to all my Linked In connections. Wishing you all success, fulfillment, and endless possibilities in the year ahead 💜

As 2024 draws to a close, it's a natural time for reflection. This year has been a blend of highs and lows, challenges and triumphs, and moments of growth and change. For many, the year may have been marked by personal achievements—whether in relationships, career, or self-discovery. Perhaps you took risks, ventured into new experiences, or developed a deeper understanding of your purpose. On the other hand, there may have been struggles or moments when things didn't go as planned, teaching valuable lessons in resilience, patience, and adaptation. Reflecting on the year can also highlight the importance of gratitude. What are the things that brought you joy? The people who made a difference? The opportunities that allowed you to grow? These reflections provide insight into what truly matters as you prepare for the new year. As you look ahead, consider the lessons learned and the goals set. Whether you're ready to embrace new beginnings or continue along your current path, the close of this year serves as both an end and a fresh start, a reminder of how far you've come and the potential of what’s yet to come.

Did you accomplish every goal you set for this year?... As the month settles in and the year draws to a close, I want you to take a moment to breathe. Deeply. In and out. it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by everything we didn't achieve. I know because I’ve been there, looking at my to-do list and thinking, “How did the months fly by so quickly?” But here’s something I’ve learned: ➤ It’s okay if you didn’t achieve everything you wanted this year. Life happens, priorities shift, and we grow in ways we didn’t anticipate. What matters now is this: ➤ You’re still here, and there’s still time. There’s so much more ahead. Next year can still be your year. Rather than focusing on what’s left undone, let’s focus on the lessons we’ve learned, the progress we’ve made, and the strength we’ve gained. Don’t be too hard on yourself Fam. Next year will be better, and you’re ready for it. 📍PS: Gather here if you’re yet to accomplish all your goals for the year. Lets talk about it in the comments below. 📌PSS: Welcome to the season of celebration. Wishing you all a beautiful and splendid 𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓.
