Going even further into this, most Fund Managers and deal sponsors focus on a single asset class but an even bigger opportunity exists right now and that is the fund to fund model where instead of focusing on investing in a single asset class you invest alongside experienced sponsors in multiple asset classes for an agreed upon fixed annual return and a piece of all the upside of the deal including when it sells.
