Elin Launches Solar Module Manufacturing in Texas, Eyes Expansion in U.S. Market Elin, a prominent solar module manufacturer founded in 1981, has commenced solar module production in Texas, marking its entry into the U.S. market. Operating under the name Sirius PV USA, the company inaugurated a 225,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Waller County, near Houston, Texas, last month. The facility, formerly a distribution center, is now leased by Elin for its manufacturing operations.
