Here’s a few photos from this week’s Elior UK Food Expo, held at our Stadia site, the AESSEAL New York Stadium in Rotherham. Over 100 of our operators attended to network with suppliers and discuss current and emerging food trends, along with product innovation. The day included an engaging panel discussion, Future Proofing Foodservice Trends’ followed by our Food and Beverage exhibition that gave attendees the chance to taste some of our most popular Elior concepts including ‘Roti Movement’ our new Indian Street Food offer, along with Umami and Pizza Foundry. The afternoon concluded with our fantastic guest speaker, Claire Williams, who shared her inspirational journey in senior posts at Ocado Group, Sainsbury's and Mamas & Papas. 💜 OCADO ORGANIC SEPTEMBER TAKEOVER 💜 We had an amazing time visiting the Ocado Retail offices in Hatfield! We sponsored their lunch, along with the help of our friends at JULIENNE BRUNO®, who provided some of their delicious products to create a tasty plant-based lunch menu. Employees could select Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Tuscan Bean Stew, or Aubergine Parmigiana as their main course 😋 Megan Love, Harry Gerrard-Stevenson, Margaux Jacquot, and Stephanie L. also used it as a sampling opportunity, gave people the chance to win a hamper, and handed out hand crocheted keyrings that were specially made in Italy.
