Put together a Leadership Summit for our regional field leaders. We discussed our #WHY and dove into change leadership, continuous improvement, and how to handle difficult conversations. We focused on how to lead other leaders, run effective and productive days, and more importantly, we discussed the part we all play in the overall patient experience.
