And this folks, is the difference between being compliant and being competent. Only when you train how you'd fight will you demonstrate competence. No plan survives the first contact with the enemy, so building competence and confidence by realistic exercises will allow prospective first aiders to call on what is called 'recognition primed decision making'. this immersive training will give that experience to call upon when needed, The mind is an amazing thing. 10JUL2024 WED Dear Citizen(s) of the Nation, Colleague(s) & Friend(s), Rs. 98 Lakhs for a deceased "Agniveer" indicates a sum of "Six Times the Monthly Salary" of Rs. 2,04,166.67 ps (Rounded Off - Rs. 2,04,000/-) ... considering that an "Agniveer" draws a sum of Rs 30,000/- per month on joining the Armed Forces ..which is not being revealed in this discussion with Rear Admiral Arun PRAKASH ... Today Education & Training System(s) are in line with the sophistication of technology in Artillery, Navy & Air Force. so why should it take a 5-6 years long period for a young recruit to master lethal weapons systems ? ... even "sustaining" the existing level of competency over a period exceeding 4 years till 10 years as is being suggested is difficult and does not happen in reality, let alone "enhancing" their level of competency over a decade long period ..
