As one who utilizes this accomadation, I’m reposting for reach, along with my original source for this information from Salesforce Ben as well 😉 https://lnkd.in/ej3qQKF5 It was written by Paul Ginsberg, who’s also another excellent person (resource) to follow, for information for those who are #neurodivergent and working towards #Salesforce certification among other things 👍 When I first started taking certifications, it was tough. Honestly test taking has always been a struggle for me. Now I have some extra time, am able to wear headphones and talk out loud, when taking a certification exam, for Salesforce. Yea, I know the last two are an interesting combo, but it works for me. This accommodation was definitely a piece in the puzzle for me, which helped complete the picture of me becoming #SalesforceCertified and an #AwesomeAdmin Thank you to whomever asked that question Joy & Mike’s session last week at #TDX24. Thank you for following it up with the post below, Mike 🫶 And also thank you to Salesforce for providing this accommodation opportunity for those who need it. It really means more then you can know 💜 Wishing you all well until the next post 😁 Later, E #ApprenticeshipJourney #AccentureMoments #Accenture #LetThereBeChange #PhiladelphaApprenticeNetwork #PAN #ImJustGoingToKeepRunningWithIt #Trailblazer #BeATrailblazer #AwesomeAdmin #SalesforceAdmin #SalesforceCertified #BeATrailblazer #CareerChanger #AnythingIsPossible #AlwaysBeLearning #GrowthMindset #SoftSkillsMatter #Gratitude #GratefulThankfulBlessed #IVolunteer #MidAltanticDreamin #GivingBackToTheCommunity #Clicked #TalentStacker

Joy Shutters-Helbing and I gave a talk last week at Salesforce's #TDX24 event about how Salesforce Credentials are created and maintained. We got an excellent question about how someone can request an accommodation for proctored exams. If this helps you or you think it could help your network, please share! the #Trailhead team maintains an article with the steps for requesting accommodations here: https://lnkd.in/gEGS9H4a

As schools have accommodations for students writing exams, I have too always wondered how Salesforce does this. Thanks for posting this as I am sure a lot more people asked themselves this, but were too afraid to ask or could not find the information they needed.

So glad it helped, and as I go on my a own journey I realise that these accommodations can very specific to the individual, unlock huge potential and *really* easy to do too! The same goes foor workplace environments too :)
