It was a packed house yesterday at TradingTech Insight, from A-Team Group Briefing New York for our keynote fireside chat with Kathryn Zhao Zhao, Global Head of Electronic Trading, Cantor Fitzgerald. We spoke about the challenges and pain points of modernizing the tech stack as well as finding and partnering with the right vendors for a successful implementation. I spoke about the importance of partnering with the business from the beginning of the journey through rollout to eliminate any daylight from the delivery requirements. Of course, generative AI was mentioned and how that would affect future shifts in strategy, think we could ever get to T+0?
