With over 4,500 piles installed, we’ve now completed the pile mat for Building One and we’re preparing for the next phases of development. A big shoutout to the team for their sustainable efforts in crushing and reusing materials from the site's previous facilities. Today we achieved a significant milestone by completing the installation of the final box for our 6-story 77-unit attainable modular multifamily housing project near Broncos Stadium. In just 1 week, we successfully set 50 boxes - a remarkable feat showcasing our team of best in class modular experts. A special thank you to everyone at Adam Berger Construction, Farrington Construction Management, Nashua Builders, ProSet, and Westervelt Transport for their hard work and contributions to this success. Great job to everyone involved!
DASNY is always looking to stay on the cutting edge for its clients. This week, President Robert Rodriguez was able to see how modular construction is transforming the service potential at Odyssey House, a NYS OASAS provider agency. In 2010 DASNY began exploring the utilization of modular construction to serve agencies and organizations across New York and has completed multiple projects in that time. Now, in New York City, DASNY is managing the expansion of the George Rosenfeld Center for Recovery. This three-story, 22,500 sq. ft., expansion consists of 71 modular units. Beginning in December 2023, the project will be completed in the Summer of 2025, saving 12 months over traditional construction.

Cumberland Council is delighted to announce progress on the Carlisle Southern Link Road (CSLR), as construction of the largest structure on the project reaches a major milestone. Recently, all 18 steel beams were installed on the bridge completing all the major steelwork required for the new Caldew Crossing. Funded by Homes England, this transformative infrastructure project will enhance east-to-west connectivity, reduce congestion in Carlisle city centre, and unlock the delivery of St. Cuthbert’s Garden Village. The centrepiece of the CSLR project is the new Caldew Crossing which crosses the River Caldew. This impressive structure which measures 170m in length, 18m in width and 20m high over the River Caldew!
