While spring is usually the peak homebuying season, you don’t actually need to wait until spring to sell. There is some great info in this article. Happy to discuss 😊 🏠 #sellingahome #remaxagent #realestate

Deciding to sell your home is a big decision and a lot of facts and emotions go into that choice. Most often, it is a matter of a change in one or more life dynamics: expanding family, job change, retirement, being closer to family, and/or downsizing etc. Statistically speaking, Spring is the prime season for selling a house as we approach the end of the school year. High interest rates earlier this year made people stop and think. Many put their plans to move on hold as they waited for an improvement in the market. Will the interest rates go down even more? Maybe, possibly, probably (no one knows for certain exactly what will happen, but they are expected to go down eventually), but they will not go down to the pandemic year levels of 2 to 3%. Those days are gone unless we encounter another global and economy rocking event such as the pandemic. With the current drop in the interest rates, many people are starting to get off the fence and jump back into the real estate market. It's not too late! As you will see in this article, there are several reasons why making a move right now might make the most sense for you and your family. #TheHomeToLove #KellerWilliamsPremier #BlueEyedRealtor #KatyRealtor #HoustonRealtors #InterestRates #SellersMarket #HomeSelling #LicensedToSell #ListingAgent #MarketUpdate #HoustonHousing #KatyHomes #Moving #Equity #HomePrices #Competition #SellNow #HousingInventory #MortgageRates

Why Overpricing Your House Can Cost You If you’re trying to sell your house, you may be looking at this spring season as the sweet spot – and you’re not wrong. We’re still in a seller’s market because there are so few homes for sale right now. And historically, this is the time of year when more buyers move, and competition ticks up. That makes this an exciting time to put up that for sale sign. https://buff.ly/4cJoQh3 #RealEstate #RealEstateBrokers #RealEstateGoals #ColdwellBanker #ColdwellBankerAssociate
