‘Slow Down’ & think! As An Garda Síochána launch their ‘Slow Down’ day as a result of recent road tragedies, it reminds us that ‘slowing down’ can be a useful action to take in many aspects of our lives. Oftentimes it takes sickness or an injury to force us to slow down. In which case we then evaluate and analyse what we could have done to prevent the situation from happening. 🕒 Have you taken time to ‘slow down’ at work in order to evaluate and analyse issues that need resolving or situations that need attention? 🕒 Have you taken the time to evaluate how your company is performing? 🕒 Have you noted areas or activities that your team is struggling with?
