When it comes to LNG service, it is imperative to select cryogenic ball valves of the double-isolation-bleed (DIB) type 1 or type 2. These valves are specifically designed to meet the demands of cryogenic applications. Liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment is an integral component of the manufacturing process for cryogenic ball valves. To ensure optimal sealing performance of the packing box and the smooth operation of the #ballvalves, extended bonnets and drip trays are employed in our designs. In order to better understand the sealing structure of the valve seat, we at #BholaEngineers analyze the characteristics and sealing principles of both the single piston effect seat and the double piston effect seat. The differing sealing directions can be attributed to the distinct structural characteristics of the seal between the valve seat and the valve body. The key performance indicator for #cryogenicballvalves lies in their sealing performance at low temperatures. To ensure this, we subject our #valves to rigorous low temperature simulation tests. Additionally, the type testing of our valves is certified by authoritative organizations, further guaranteeing their reliability and quality. FAQ: What is the maximum operating temperature of a standard FlowSyn system? Answer: To achieve high yield chemical synthesis, precise control over temperature, is a critical factor in achieving the necessary activation energy. Flow synthesis facilitates safe, high temperature reaction conditions not possible in batch reactors. Our standard FlowSyn continuous flow reactor includes two separate heating modules. The coil reactor unit (homogeneous) can be heated to 260°C and the column reactor unit (heterogeneous) can be heated to 150°C. The temperature of each reactor has been calibrated so that the temperature of the solution is accurate to ±1°C. The maximum temperatures are achievable using the stainless-steel coil reactor (260°C). For Teflon and PFA coil reactors the system limits the maximum temperature to 150°C.This ensures that the tubing is not damaged by overheating. A petrochemical company had issues with their vertical multi-stage pump in cryogenic service. The pump, fitted with bronze bearings, would seize after the chilling process. The customer needed self-lubricating bearings that would work at cryogenic temperatures without seizing.
