As we bid farewell to 2023, I am thrilled to share that AirBrick is forging an exceptional team! In April of this year, Ashish & I embarked on a venture, aiming to revolutionize the integration of Technology in the Interior fit-outs of Commercial Projects in India and revamp the way this industry operates Embarking on something groundbreaking often feels like hitting a wall at various stages. Couple of instances: - In Q1, some clients were still adjusting to our new process and discovering trust in AirBrick. However, as we navigated through this initial phase, the strength of AirBrick's leadership became evident. The team stood tall, committing to ambitious targets and exerting relentless efforts on multiple fronts. - Over the first two quarters, the team honed in on the right processes, addressed client needs, and remained steadfast in solving the core problem: Efficient and aesthetically pleasing design with BANG ON-TIME DELIVERY !! -By the end of the 2nd quarter, things started falling into place. Clients started placing their trusts in us for their upcoming projects and we started to bag on some big names in the industry, resulting in significant value across cost, time, and operational efficiency. -As the saying goes, "Luck Favours who never give up !" -Our metrics showed improvement quarter on quarter, with the last quarter marking our highest ever GMV which indirectly led to other things like increased Job postings, vendor discovery, and value-creation opportunities all witnessed a substantial increase. Finally, we were closing in on our aggressive targets! This year has been nothing short of a dream for me and the team. We truly went from zero to above & beyond! Gratitude extends to those who never gave up. Did they do it solely for our dream? Perhaps, but not exclusively. The leaders at AirBrick crafted their own version of the AirBrick dream, aligning personal goals, and the teams rallied alongside them. We have a long journey ahead, but this year is a tribute to each of them. To the brave team who've made AirBrick their collective passion. Bravo! The last point is the best point which most of us should follow. "Meetings that could be emails..!" Indeed sometimes there is a pre meeting to decide up and have basic preps for the actual meeting to happen..! Project Management is a domain where it's difficult to survive without meetings and communication..!
