Here are some takeaways: Treat every guest well, touch every table, make every dish quality. Build a culture of care — Recognize your employees, celebrate your guests, highlight your community. Donate a portion of your revenue to a good cause, and let your managers choose where those dollars are going. Encourage your team to engage your guests as often as possible. Build a culture of fun — Lean into influencers within the local community. Invite them into become part of the process, and give them unique content opportunities. Prioritize tech that helps drive guest experience. Give your guest the chance to be the voice for your business. Recognize your team members, and make a big deal out of them. Do you tech solutions help solve real problems and make operators lives easier, or do they cause more stress and friction within your business? It’s better to wait on implementing new technology until you have someone to manage utilization of those tools. Give your team a forum to ask questions, like a monthly town hall meeting. #IndustryNow
