How often do you bring your team together in real life? Day 1 of our annual team meeting in New York. A day when ideas flowed freely, connections deepened, collaboration sparked, and thinking differently was the norm. Our sessions pushed boundaries and ran over schedule because we're a team of critical thinkers, not yes-men. We encourage challenging questions and the sharing of fresh ideas. Fostering an environment where being wrong is just another step towards growth—personally and collectively.
