Sometimes, there is more than meets the eye...
Have you ever stood or sat staring at the ocean? Any ocean? For me, it brings peace of mind. With the Danish coastline spanning 8,750 km*, there is much mind-peace to be had 🧠.
At least for a while.
🤔 Then, I begin to think about what's beneath the surface, imagining underwater sea life, plants, and creatures. And what lies even further down, beneath the seafloor? What insights and secrets are kept about our climate and era? Etc.
I'm not sure if it was by chance or fate that I ended up working at a place that connects oceans of knowledge 🔌.
💡One of our platform solutions, the FOCUS 3 ROTV (Remotely Operated Towed Vehicle), can help answer many of my questions. It is designed for underwater data acquisition and inspection, providing a high level of detail and data quality to support better decision-making for purposes such as environmental research, seafloor mapping, and detection of buried/hidden objects.
Sometimes, there is more than meets the eye - just FOCUS 😉

🌊 Among all the nations, Denmark ranks 17th for the length of its coastline but stands at 133rd regarding its land area when not counting Greenland and The Faroe Islands
🌊 No fewer than five seas surround us: the North Sea (also known as Vesterhavet), Skagerrak, Kattegat, the Belt Sea (Bælthavet), and the Baltic Sea
🌊 With over 1,400 islands, 443 of which have been named, Denmark has a rich island landscape. 79 islands, out of these, are inhabited
