Dear Connections, KHY is hiring Job Title: Purchase Manager Location: Noida Salary: As per Market standard Job Overview Responsible for project engineering procurement planning and practical work Conduct market research and unit inspection Cooperate with project development, organize procurement planning in advance, and prepare procurement plans Organize procurement bidding and contract preparation for various projects/components Research and case summary of material parts Responsibilities And Tasks 1.Responsible for the company's procurement work and departmental work to avoid the risks caused by market instability. 2.According to the project marketing plan and construction plan, the procurement plan is formulated and approved by the deputy general manager. The procurement tasks of each data are completed as planned, and the cost is minimized within the budget. 3.Investigate, analyze, and evaluate the target market and material needs and consumption of various departments, familiarize with supply channels and market changes, and determine the need and procurement opportunities. 4.Improve the company's procurement system, develop and optimize the procurement process, and control the quality and cost of procurement 5.Review the procurement plan submitted by each department in the current year, and plan and determine the procurement content. At the beginning of each month, all procurement tasks completed and unfinished last month are listed item by item and submitted to the general manager and the finance department manager, so that the superior leaders can master the procurement project throughout the company. 7.Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term work plans for the department, prepare and submit departmental budgets, and assist with accounting for auditing and cost control. 8.Standard guidance and approval of purchase receipts, and pre-purchase according to the operation of funds and the degree of material stacking. 9.The organization evaluates, certifies, manages and evaluates suppliers, establishes good relationships with suppliers, and conducts business with the principle of equality and mutual benefit. 10.Responsible for the pre-job/on-the-job training and education of the personnel and business of the subordinates, and organize the assessment Note: - Electronic manufacturing experience candidate will be preferred.
