One of the biggest frustrations for job seekers today is the lack of transparency around pay ranges in job postings. As someone who’s navigated the job market for a while, it’s baffling how often companies fail to provide an expected salary range upfront. It’s not just frustrating for candidates like myself, who invest time applying for positions that may not meet our compensation expectations, but it’s also a waste of time and resources for recruiters and talent acquisition teams. When companies aren’t clear about what they’re willing to pay, they risk losing qualified candidates and creating unnecessary bottlenecks in the hiring process.
