After weeks of preparation, testing and implementation, EM3's HR team launched Workday to the wider team today! 🚀🎉 Workday is a cloud based HR management system and will integrate core HR, learning & development, talent management, performance management and compensation all on the one platform. This system has been set up for EM3 in order to streamline HR functions and foster employee engagement. A big thank you to Timmy Hayes and Guy Van de Weyer who managed this project internally in an extremely effective manner. We would also like to thank the wider HR team Finbar Nash, Paula Holton, Darien Ravalli, Karthika Sasikumar at EM3, and everyone who was involved in the testing phase from various departments in the organisation.
