🌟 Another Staff Spotlight! 🌟 Introducing our Medical Director....Anne Boulter ACNP "Having worked in the Medical field over 20 years, Anne has become passionate about finding ways to improve the overall health and wellbeing of her patients. This includes looking into the root cause of health issues. She believes when the main pillars of health are aligned, the body and the mind are able to truly heal. She received her masters degree from UCLA. She has worked specialty areas medicine including cardiology, solid organ transplant and hospital medicine. She has been the medical director for multiple recovery centers. Over the last 10 years she has been focused on treating mental health, addiction recovery, hormone balancing, anti-aging and overall preventative health. She prefers to utilize both functional and western medicine in addiction to lifestyle adjustments to start addressing underlying conditions or symptoms. Her goal is to help people get back to naturally healthy and happy as possible. This is done by taking into account various factors including sleep, diet, exercise and mental health care. She specializes in drug and alcohol detox and loves to help people get off medications that are no longer serving them." Without exaggeration, EVERY client we have had has made a comment to their therapist about how much they connected with Anne. Her warm approach is hard to beat. We are so thankful for Anne!

💖 Staff Spotlight! 💖 Introducing our registered dietitian.....Brittni Whitesides RD, CD! A little about Brittni: "I am an anti-diet dietitian who believes all foods fit. I have extensive experience in working with clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and sports nutrition. I graduated from California State University where I majored in Nutritional Science and completed my internship with a focus in sports nutrition. I have worked as a dietitian in residential, PHP, and IOP levels of eating disorder treatment, as well as at UCLA as a sports dietitian. I thrive on teaching my clients how to make peace with their body and food, find food freedom, and enjoy optimally fueling their bodies!" We are beyond fortunate to have such a wonderful human at Emerge and the impact she has had on clients has been so rewarding to see. Thank you Brittni Whitesides, RD!
