Our AmeriTrust IT team’s cloud-first modernization and cloud migration earned top honors in the IT Practice category for Large Property/Casualty. AF Group was also selected as a Featured Insurer in two more categories: 👏Digital Category – For our implementation of the Hi Marley texting system to enable clearer and more responsive communication with workers’ compensation claimants. 👏Data Category – For creating and implementing our Claim Decision Tool, an analytic workstation that leverages AI and natural language processing to more accurately classify workers’ compensation claims and drive actionable results. 👏Data Category – For the incorporation of our Loss Projection Pricing tool with Groundspeed, which was used to automate the entry of loss-run data to improve underwriting efficiency, data accuracy and alignment with vendor and business requirements.
