An insightful quote from Ableism in Education: Rethinking School Practices and Policies by Gillian Parekh: "How we organize children by ability in schools is often rooted in ableism, leading to very real, lifelong social and economic consequences." Academic tracking and special education programs must evolve to reflect our commitment to justice. Let's challenge the systems perpetuating inequality and reimagine schools that equitably serve all students. #AbolishAbleism #EducationReform

As an educator with over 15 years of experience in esteemed educational institutions, I'm deeply concerned about the current state of education. It's disheartening to witness the undervaluation of teachers, particularly in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, where some are earning as little as Rs. 3000 per month. This disparity fails to reflect the importance of well-trained educators in maintaining educational standards. Our children, regardless of their location, are the future pillars of our society, and investing in their education is crucial for national development. Teaching is undeniably a noble profession, but the challenges faced by teachers cannot be ignored. It's imperative for us to acknowledge the critical role teachers play in shaping the future generation and the society at large. Compromising on the quality of education due to inadequate support for educators will have long-term repercussions. It's time for us to prioritize education and ensure that teachers are adequately compensated and valued for their invaluable contributions. Our collective future depends on it. #EducationMatters #TeacherValue #InvestInTeachers #FutureGeneration #QualityEducation #SocialResponsibility

Education Story: 📚 The same school system in one country can yield vastly different results: thriving in the South with long waiting lists, yet struggling with admissions in the North. This disparity raises several important questions. ❓ Why might this be happening? Is it due to inconsistent performance across different regions, varying parental expectations, or perhaps a combination of both? Most importantly, what actions should be taken to address this issue? These questions are crucial for understanding and improving our education system. By exploring and addressing these disparities, we can work towards providing excellent education for all students, regardless of their location. #StayCurious #Censydiam #Education #Excellence 📖✨

It's disappointing to see that many students face challenges when it comes to revaluation and other academic concerns, yet there seems to be no proper support system in place for them. Despite raising our voices, it feels like no one stands with the students to address their problems. Why is it that when a student encounters an issue, there is no one from the institution to provide timely and effective assistance? Students deserve transparency, fair treatment, and the right to have their concerns heard. It’s not just about one student; it’s a collective issue that affects many of us. Educational institutions should prioritize standing with their students and ensuring that their problems are resolved efficiently. It’s time for a change, and I hope that the system will start listening to the voices of students and act accordingly. #StudentSupport #AcademicConcerns #EducationMatters #Transparency #StudentVoice

Colleges today are drifting away from their core ethos and principles as conflicts between administration and students escalate. Once bastions of intellectual growth, campuses reflect a struggle over control and priorities. What was meant to foster open dialogue has become a battleground of policies and power plays. As the gap widens, basic human tendencies—the need for community, respect, and shared purpose—are replaced by division and disparity. Students and faculty are increasingly disconnected, with fragmented communities further divided by ideology, background, or social standing. This growing divide undermines the very foundation of higher education: unity in diversity and a collective pursuit of knowledge. It’s time to bridge this gap before we lose sight of the true value of education—collaboration, integrity, and progress for all. #EducationReform #CampusCulture #BridgingTheGap #StudentLeadership #CollegialSpirit
