I know you won't post this yourself as you are not one to talk about yourself or share your own successes - you are all about the team 😊 3. I’m so grateful to you for the opportunities you have given me and support/guidance I get from you each and every day. For those of you who don’t know Stuart Martin won the Hays Annual 2023 Management Award for Inclusive Leadership. This is something he well and truly embodies, 110% and this award was more than deserved. Stu is one of the most genuinely caring people you could met. He listens, and takes the time to understand his candidates, clients and his colleagues. In particular, he genuinely cares about each individual in his team – he is the first to ask how you are, how’s your day going or how was your weekend, how are the kid’s etc? and he actually listen to the answer, it’s not just lip service. If someone is down or not themselves, he will notice and make it his priority to see if he can help or assist. Stu has a selfless approach and puts this teams needs/wants above his own whenever he can. He is empathetic to all situations and really puts the individual at the heart of every decision he makes.
