Emirates why was the staff on this very flight today so upset with life. Do you not train them to be hospitable especially a crew named Laura who was serving economy today?
Great news
I hope you'll add Cape Town on the route, one day!
Keep growing
Exciting to see Emirates introducing the A350 to India! The focus on innovation and customer comfort is truly setting a new benchmark for travel experiences. Can’t wait to see how passengers enjoy the latest interiors and technologies!
Congratulations to #Emirates on this incredible milestone as you welcome the Airbus #A350 to your fleet! As a proud member of Qatar Airways, I am thrilled to see us play a role as the launch customer and to deliver the very first training for your certifying #enginees team, in collaboration with #Airbus company.. It’s an honor to contribute to this exciting chapter of innovation and excellence. Wishing you continued success with the A350 and beyond!
Great news
Had the pleasure of traveling on the inaugural flight today from Mumbai to Dubai on the new a350 and the displeasure of being served by some of the worst staff in economy. One such crew member Laura completely forgot to serve seat 27D and give my friend sitting there a hot meal. The other lady serving economy was no better they both looked like they rather be anywhere but on this flight serving passengers. Emirates train and or hire your staff better they work in the hospitality industry not the mortuary. They both looked like they maybe did not want to do their job because this was a flight from India and looked completely disgusted and angry.
