Adecco has released another insightful whitepaper this week the topic of which is the Skills Gap in STEM at the moment. 👨🏭 After reading it some of the points that most stood out to me were: 🔵 46% of Irish science, engineering and tech companies are struggling to fill key roles in their teams.   🔵 67% of secondary school students in Ireland are interested in learning more about pursuing a career in STEM. 🔵 Only 5% of leadership positions in the tech sector in Ireland are held by women. How interesting is that ? I love to think that the next generation of students are taking an interest in the exact part of the market where they are needed most! 🔬 👩🔬 This whitepaper is filled to the brim with sector-specific research and statistics.
