I just closed two deals today! One was probably the most beautiful listings I have had in my career and the toughest sale I've had in a while but ultimately the hardest things in life are the most rewarding. The second was really a "meant to be" situation where a small miscue in our negotiation actually worked to our advantage which is the first time in my career that happened! In sales I've learned when you put emotion aside and figure out a way to solve problems for both buyers and sellers as a negotiator that is the ultimate value. Negotiation becomes an art form once you've decided that there is only win-win. How you approach personalities is ultimately the task that becomes much more thoughtful as you go along.
