The huge Bravo goes to Rabinder Jhinger and Catherine Hillerby! In those sessions, we speak about: - a self reflexion on where each of us is on our own journey with DE&I - what #diversityequityandinclusion brings to companies - the different dimensions of Diversity - concrete examples of inclusion in Mondelez - defining our teams goals in DE&I More than winning an award, #teamMDLZ wins every day with our 50+ factories becoming more inclusive for our 33.000 colleagues in Europe. A few examples: - Showing our support to minorities by painting cross roads for pedestrians in #rainbow colors in #Viana and #Fallingbostel - Employing Homeless people in #Opava - Celebrating IWD in most of our factories - Creating inclusive recruitment adverts in #Lovosice - Obtaining Gender equality certification in #Capriata - ... 📷 I have been part of a very inspiring panel discussion in Bratislava with all our EU plant managers.
